Wonderful Staff
The staff was very helpful but most of all friendly and kind.
Car show Wheelin Walla Walla.
Just a normal room to rest your head. The breakfasts are good.
A little disappointed.
There were toenail clippings on the carpet, Pepsi left in the refrigerator, the clock in the swimming pool room was not working.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, which we really appreciated. Everyone we interacted with was kind and helpful, and it made our stay feel very welcoming. One thing I did want to mention is the floor in our room. There was a rough spot that both my daughter and son stepped on and ended up cutting their feet. It might be something worth taking a look at so no one else gets hurt in the future. Overall, we appreciated the great service and just wanted to pass this along as something that might need a little attention.

We had to change rooms after the first night because the bed was so uncomfortable. In the second room the bed was better. However on the second morning I woke up to a COCKROACH next to my face on the nightstand. Gross! I was going to tell the front desk about it but he was busy cursing out another guest about splashing water out of the pool. I understand that bugs can happen but I really don’t like roaches. I will not recommend this place again.

This place is well run and always clean. This isn't a luxury or fancy hotel, but a cozy bargain for the price! There is also a pool and decent continental breakfast.

Everything was horrible. The breakfast didn't exist or was from the day before and the manager is rude and dismissing. He even raised his voice at me when I was trying to discuss the breakfast issue. He said "do you know the definition of "assumption"? I do and I really don't like being called an ass. I love the choice hotels I have stayed in in the past. These folks need more training in customer service. I just walked away, packed my bags and will never be back. I'm not wanting to stay at another quality inn in the near future. I will pay more for a Marriott or Hampton
