Room was filthy and stained and all my hotels.com bookings showed I had a jacuzzi room and the lady at the front desk was rude about me asking about the room I was supposed to have.

Friendly Staff. Inside Was Clean, but the Parking Lot, and All the Outdoors had Trash and Cigarette Butts everywhere. Understand,, Winter is Just Getting Over With.

The room was nasty, the heater didn't work. They wouldn't let us have another room. The description said bath shower combo. Only nasty shower. No WIFI. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. We came here because of the ratings. This Hotel is a POS. Fake ratings! Not sure if we trust Expedia any longer.

Breakfast was good and hot. We could clearly hear the TV next door through the locked door this morning at 6 but everything else was very good.
