Guest services is excellent! Susan was great ! The guy @ desk ( from India ) was EXCELLENT!! We needed two more towels n bam he handed them to us BFORE we said what room # we were in…. I would ABSOLUTELY stay here again. Pool/ hot tub area clean as well as the hotel area. Breakfast also good. So my rating of course is a 10+.

You probably shouldn’t have the doors open with a deadbolt, keeping the door open before guest check-in. Anybody could’ve gotten into my room.
