Baymont should have never allowed this motel to post their name until they actually remodeled the property. It did not live up to the standards of Baymont by Wyndham.

If I could give this place ZERO stars I would. When we got to the hotel, there were some minor cleanliness issues that I chose to ignore because it was a late night when we checked in and we were tired from driving. First there was a hair on a towel, the Kleenex box looked like it was dipped in water, and there was a rusted hole in the bath tub. My husband got stuck in the bathroom because the panel of the door was coming undone. It is my fault I chose to ignore these smaller problems, but I should have checked out right then in there. We had an early morning the next day at 5am so we crashed and went to sleep. We then came back around 5:30pm got dinner and again crashed and went to sleep. The next day was our day to sleep in and as I was laying in bed, I felt a crinkle in the sheets. I pulled the sheet and there was a cigarillo package right under the sheet, which means our sheets were not changed doing our arrival Friday night. I was so grossed out we went to the front desk and the worker said how do we know you didn’t put them there. Why would I do that? They said it was our last day and so they couldn’t do anything. I told her that I don’t ever complain but I’ll show her the poor room conditions. I showed her and she thanked me for the feedback. We were so grossed out that we left before check out and on our way out we found a dead roach by the mini fridge. Horrible experience I would stay away from this hotel unless you want to sleep on dirty sheets.

Staff was very helpful in assisting with needs. Not bad experience for the price paid. There was black mold in a room though which can be dangerous so not sure if I would want to go back unless I had to but then again they did move us to a much better room and the whole motel is getting renovated. Overall I would say 3 out of 5.

The breakfast was nice. While the recently renovated lobby creates a modern and welcoming first impression, they unfortunately serve to misrepresent the true, dilapidated condition of the guest rooms. This stark contrast immediately fostered a sense of disappointment upon entering my assigned room. Several issues within the room pointed to a severe lack of maintenance and hygiene. A pervasive, unpleasant musty odor permeated the space, suggesting inadequate ventilation or lingering dampness. Basic amenities were also substandard; the complimentary plastic cups were unwrapped and openly exposed, and the bathroom contained visibly stained towels and dirty-looking soap, raising serious concerns about sanitation protocols. The overall state of the room underscored an urgent need for a complete overhaul. The paintwork was scuffed and peeling, contributing to a tired and neglected atmosphere. The bathroom, in particular, displayed significant signs of age and disrepair: fixtures were visibly old, the bathtub showed considerable wear and staining, and the bathroom door failed to close properly, compromising privacy and comfort. Furthermore, the absence of a front-door mat meant that dirt and moisture were easily tracked into the room, especially during inclement weather. The furnishings were also noticeably aged and worn, and appeared to be in need of a thorough professional cleaning. Needless to say, we had to seek alternative accommodation for the rest of our trip.

It was a nice place too stay. Right off the highway . I like it that way I feel safer being a single mom with kids . Breakfast was great. Beds where comfy all around no issues and would go back!

The breakfast could use a little more options but that pancake maker was great and those pancakes came out perfect.

For the price the room was decent. Only problem is its location, right at the intersection of two heavy traveled truck routes. Lots of traffic noise literally all night during the week. If you do get a room , i suggest requesting a room as far away from the lobby/ main road area as possible.

Agent was terrible when we arrived late on Friday nite . There were no carts or large cart to carry your luggage. We did receive a room steps from our room downstairs .. the TV did not work on Friday /Saturday after several messages requested by the hotel from desk. Leftbon Sunday .. the hotel stay was horrible .. we will never stay there again. Secure pleasant managers that are cordial , helpful & nice . We arrived late on Friday nite .. the manager / front desk women was not very helpful or caring . C.Leonetti

Heater did not work in our room. We were moved to another room that had a working heater. Paint was peeling off the bathroom ceiling.
