The Breakwater is a wonderful place to stay in. First of all, the customer service is hands-down above and beyond most of the places I’ve ever stayed in. The location is spectacular, you just look out the window and see the water. The room was clean, neat, and pleasant. The bed was comfortable. The sheets and bedspread were also very nice and easy on the eyes. White linens with a solid blue bedspread that is tucked under beautifully. There was a refrigerator in the room and TV. The shower water pressure was wonderful. I would stay there again in a heartbeat and I am happy to very highly recommend it.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bed was huge and comfortable. However, the bathroom was tiny and a little bit shoddy. The breakfast was nothing to cheer about.

The ocean-view room was small but well-equipped, very clean and had a perfect view to the ocean. The owner and the staff were wonderful, and we wouldn't hesitate to return next time we're on The Cape. Thank you!!!
