I am not sure how someone can check into your upscale hotel using a stolen credit card.

Pool had tree debris every day. Could have been cleaner. Staff was very friendly and responsive. Suggest you look at expenses that are not disclosed when booking with Expedia. Resort fees added up quickly that were charged after check in. Room was not what we reserved on Expedia site.

The resort is very relaxing and beautiful. The welcome mojito set the vibe. We traveled with our 10 month old infant who had a wonderful time in the pool and beach. The rooms were large and clean. Requested a first floor patio and was assigned one. It really helped not having to do an elevator with our stroller, and having easy access to the pool

Elena was amazing and accommodating! Our AC was not working properly and she was able to manage and give us an amazing room with a view, free breakfast and voucher for also for free drinks. Very beautiful and luxury! People are extremely nice and attentive. Judith from the La Marea was a sweetheart alongside her other coworkers. Jasmine was also such an amazing waitress.

Absolutely 10/10 would recommend! One of the best hotels in key largo, service was spectacular. the bartenders in the restaurant go out of their way to service you, want to thank Javier in particular who made our night! Can’t wait to return ! Very family friendly as well.

Clean big room, looove that they have air filters in the bedroom. The pool and beach are great as the fishing dock, cayaks and Lovely activities for sunset, smoores and kids activities. Food is expensive and not too many options, especially for breakfast, only buffet or a la carte, nowhere to grab something simple and convenient. Would have loved to get a detailed explanation of the included things at check in, we missed on a few because we didn’t know.

I booked my stay through Expedia for a high end villa and when I was checking in, I was told that the room that was ordered Expedia was a standard and basic room. I only get to go on one vacation a year based on my busy work schedule, so the disappointment really hit hard.
