Beautiful hotel - lot of amenities for both kids and adults. My only complaint was the server / bartender in the beach bar. Food came out quick but was cold. My son wanted a side of ranch with his tenders and I was dine with my fish tacos before we got either our drinks or the ranch. The server said the bartender was solo and that was the issue but while I was standing at the bar waiting to ask about our drinks he walked over to a group who just sat at the bar, while I was waiting to ask, and served them. Other than that NO complaints at all

The resort charged you for parking everyday. Seems a bit excessive considering how much you are paying a night there.

Nice hotel for first visit to Key Largo! Be aware second floor guests can hear guests above! Service was good and property was older but clean!

The restaurants were great and room was clean. The staff was very attentive and nice. Our room was on the first floor and our room was really cold so that was the only downfall. We really enjoyed our stay! Beautiful water!!

The rooms were large and clean. The pillows were not great, they definitely need a comfort upgrade. The food on property was good. The breakfast was great!
Lots of kids everywhere which made it hard to enjoy the pool. The beach was great and the bay was so nice.
The majority of the staff was really nice. Ensure to check which package you booked with the front desk as they were hesitant to give us the breakfast package we paid for. I had to verify my package with them by showing them my trip confirmation email and they had to take a picture of my email for proof.
Overall, it was a nice place to stay.
