We stayed at Playa Largo Resort & Spa for our 35th wedding anniversary. They left a gift of wine and macaroons/chocolates in our room! They also helped me to arrange for singers (Gaby & Milly) to sing our song for us! It couldn't have been more perfect. They do apparently have a daily resort fee that I was unaware of though...

This is about the 4th time we've stayed at Playa Largo. The amenities are great... service was good this time but is hit or miss. This was the second time we've had leaking in our room though. This time, 2 nights in a row, there was a big puddle in the hall on the way to the bathroom. Lucky we didn't slip and fall. It was enough water to soak an entire bath towel. The maintenance got came and fixed it the first night, and the second night it was there again. Not what I expect from a $1k/ night room. The pool was overcrowded with no available lounge chairs. Food was good.

We had an amazing time at the resort, I love all of the different activities designed for families. The bartenders and all the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Definitely a recommended place for either a staycation or a time away from the everyday.
