Friendly front desk
Loved my stay at Fitch! Lee at the front desk was super friendly and took great care of us. If I ever travel to Key West again I will definitely stay here and will recommend to family and friends! 🙂.

The woman at the front desk was amazing. Definitely the highlight of the stay. The room was so so at best. The air conditioner sort of worked. The pool was tiny. All of this was annoying but acceptable. Then they hit me with another $100 in “amenity fees” after the fact despite I didn’t use any of their “amenities”. Pretty much a bait and switch on pricing.

Parking was difficult. Pool was a dunking pool not a swimming pool

Air conditioning worked perfectly, the staff was awesome, there is no parking so it cost $192 to park in the municipal parking garage. Standing water on the bathroom floor because the shower curtain was 6” from the floor and didn’t cover the shower opening. There was a place in the floor that was soft due to moisture damage apparently between the bedrooms. In getting the bill it we were charged for imentities that I never saw, used, or were made aware of. I stayed at the Albury Court many times in the passed but the new Management has failed miserably

I have stayed in many places in key west, this was by far the cleanest, reliable, friendly and spacious place we have stayed yet.

Overall, we enjoyed our 4-night stay at this historic inn. Our room (#5) was small, but comfortable. The staff at the front desk were all friendly and very helpful. The breakfast arrangement is fantastic: vouchers to use each morning at a wonderful bakery/espresso shop just a block away (Old Town Bakery). Our only hesitation in returning is that the location is a very noisy one. Our room was at the front of the property right on Eaton Street, which is a very busy, heavily-trafficked street. We were awakened by the traffic noise (delivery trucks, motorcycles, emergency vehicles) late at night and early in the morning. There are rooms located at the back of the property that might be quieter. BTW, the air conditioning in our room worked great and provided "white noise" that partially mitigated the traffic noise.

Location was good. No dressers or nightstands with drawers. There were drawers under the bed we later found out. No shelves or places to put items in bathroom. Some outlets didn’t work . Blew a fuse with my hairdryer. Front desk staff very nice and accommodating.

Parking was difficult. Had to park streets away at first, and then we were able to find a closer spot.
