Jefferson and Alejandro were great from breakfast to happy hour. They both paid attention to detail and made the experience great. Housekeeping was awesome as well!

Really loved my stay just wish there was something they could do about all the rosters . Don’t get me wrong I love them love all animals but it gets quite hard to sleep when they’re crowing at 4am

We were scheduled to stay for 4 days but left after the first night. When we arrived, one of us got a shower, and the stall backed up with water that leaked into the bedroom. We told the front desk, and we later received a text saying that there was nothing wrong with it. We were told we couldn’t get a different room because they were sold out. The next morning we woke up to insect or rodent droppings all over the bathroom sink and the shower was still leaking. At this point, we checked out and stayed at another hotel.

The room and free breakfast was good. The hotel is conveniently located to many restaurants. Hotel grounds were clean.
