Low Key yet upscale
Hard to pull this off… both casual but with poise. Thank you for your thoughtful caring service. The courtyard creates a feeling of community and yet still feels private. Cloistered yet close to the cool part of Key West. The architecture carefully considers the context of the historic district. Kudos to The Marker. Well done.

I recently stayed at The Marker in Key West and agreed with many of the positive comments about the property. The hotel itself is very elegant and impressively clean, with an overall atmosphere that feels upscale and relaxing.
However, I felt the amenities were a little weak. There is no full-service restaurant on-site, and the bar did not stay open very late, which was disappointing when we wanted a drink or snack at the end of the night.
Overall, it was just nice, not excellent. The property is stylish and spotless, but the limited amenities and early bar closing kept it from being a truly outstanding stay for me.

Fourth time in Key West…first time at The Marker. Absolutely loved our stay. Fun atmosphere, great staff - especially at the bar - and well appointed rooms with comfortable beds. All in a great location with gorgeous views. Will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful stay at the Marker. Rooms were large, clean and well maintained. The location, across the street from Schooners Wharf and not far from Duval, was ideal. Karolina , the bartender/breakfast waitress was fantastic. We will definitely stay at the Marker again on our next trip to Key West.
