Even though check in stops at midnight, our plane was delayed coming into ACY so I called around 11pm to let them know and they preprogrammed a key and had someone meet me at the office after my flight finally landed at 3am. They went totally above and beyond what they needed to. It's not fancy or anything like that but it is clean and well kept and everyone there is very friendly and accommodating. THANKS!!!

Water was barely warm, so we had to buy a hot water pot to get a tub, or wash some dishes. The bed was broken in 112, so my husband couldn’t sleep comfortably, plus the pillows were terrible.
Power went off for a few hours, and they have no backup generator. No other arrangement was made, no refund offered!

Roof was being replaced, so stuff everywhere. Only 5 parking apots in entire lot were available because of it. There was no breakfast, even though it is still advertised. Room had no heat, and room looked and smelled terrible. Manager agreed for refund and now wont follow through on it.

Horrible customer service got blamed for something that they never changed sheets and blamed me!! I don’t sleep on anything but top of bed on a clean sheet which they did not have so I sept across top of bed where sheets were but got blamed for what was under the blankets and sheets that I did not touch
