Expectations were met from the beginning (check in) to the end (check out) Showboat fron desk employee made this all possible.

I don’t mind paying the quality price for a hotel, but he has to live up to the standards and I was very disappointed based on a price I pay that the standards were not good. Folks are playing loud music in their rooms and it was very obvious. There was no privacy, the hallway Carpet Cleaning there’s no coffee in the room, complementary coffee so yes, I was so disappointed.
