Be careful if you book this hotel. It is a pet friendly place but what they don’t tell you is it’s a 75.00 fee and the beach is NOT pet friendly. To take your pet to a pet friendly beach is 29 min away. If you do go with your pet make sure you bring vaccine tags or a photo of them they will ask for it

Air conditioner in the room sounded like a 747 was landing continuously and the shower head make a horrible noise, TV in room only worked on 1 channel and by 12 noon all beach chairs were gone. Rooms were not that clean, sand on floors, bed spread had stains and for the amount of money they charge per night I would urge people to try somewhere else.

Extra fees when checking in. Extra $50 to have the room 2 hours early when the room was available. Extra 25 for property fees which were already paid when booking. Beach badges weren’t needed early in season. Started the stay off in a bad way. We checked out by 8: am do we get $50 for leaving early? Fees should be told up front before booking

A case of switch and bait. Drifting sands showed pictures of panorama oceanfront view balcony. However hotel is not beachfront and actual view is of 2 story adjacent buildings. Then staff says if you pay $281 extra, we will move u 2 their second property-ocean house-on the beach that shows the exact panoramic views u originally booked. No elevator -although advertised w/elevator. Inflated resort fees for a towel and self serve drag your own chair-no umbrella. Staff is nice, quiet, beware if you want a view. Beach is not handicapped accessible b/c of man made dune hills makes walking a challenge.
