Great place and location too.

This is one of the older Residence Inns, the room had old furniture, very dramb walls, no photos; the toilet bowl color was fading; the kitchen had old appliances; no ice containers; The heating/cooling system (HVAC) was not working correctly. The front desk sent the engineer to check the system. His response, the system was not working correctly because the return air duct for that room was too small for the unit and it would take hours to warm the room. He placed the thermostat on 75 degrees and left, the temperature never rose above 72 degrees, the temp outside 50 degrees, we used the oven to take the chill off the room. I reported the issue to the front desk again on the day we checked out. I will not stay at this Residence Inn again

My daughter had her 15 year old slumber party here and her and her friends loved it!!

Had a great time, clean room, staff great. Always wonderful to stay here.
