There's no front desk so youre supposed to call in at least 24 hours in advance to check in. I didn't read into it, that's my fault. However, I called the number provided, they messaged me with a room number and passcode for the lock. We could see our room from the parking lot, the door was hanging open but there was no staff. We walked up and saw a bunch of trash in the room. I called back to request a change or a refund if they didn't have any availability. They would not answer my phone, so I tried calling on a different phone. They picked up, but I got "disconnected" after I explained my situation. I eventually got a message from them saying due to a system issue they could not accommodate and would process a refund once hotels.com contacted them. Hotels.com was initially unable to reach them and was going to deny a refund. Fortunately, I received confirmation today that a refund would be granted. As for the general condition of the property, definitely appears to be more of a short term apartment than a vacation room.

We pulled up and the cleaning staff was still "cleaning" the room. Check in was supposed to be 3 and they didn't finish "cleaning" until past 4. We watched them didn't even bring in anything change the bedding just made the beds as is. Place smelled musty. We went back after our concert and we immediately packed up and left. We didn't feel safe at the place. There were people paranoid stairing out windows. Maybe we caught a bad night but have a feeling this is how it normally is. Overall terrible experience paid the stay to only be in the room for a total of 30 minutes. Asked for a refund but of course got denied because you have to cancel before you actually get to see the room. Don't believe the pictures they posted place look nothing like that at all. So don't believe any of pictures they post. Be safe and spend a little more on a hotel closer to asbury, learn from my mistake of wanting to save a little money.

They lost my reservation information, so I had to both text and email my Expedia booking twice. There was a system error the day before I was supposed to be there . They did not send me the code or check in information until a half hour before I arrived; I had to call several times. When I did get in the room, no one had cleaned it. There were pizza boxes, wet towels, and unmade beds. I called the hotline again and they moved me to the Motel 6 next door. I had to pay out of pocket for that new room, as it wasn’t the Expedia reservation.

How convenient it was . The beds are not that comfortable.

It’s terrible—there is no direct communication with the owner, and when you finally do get through, they tell you they are sorry, that there are no rooms left, and that I’ve lost the reservation I made two months in advance.

The staff barely answered and we couldn’t even stay in the room. There was no keypad on the door and again no one was answering. I would beware when u book this place

Property cancelled my reservation same day of check-in with no prior notice. Staff essentially told me too bad and offered no solution. I had to scramble to find a new place and ended up paying more.

I like the price and location.

I was supposed to stay at your place yesterday, but unfortunately the room was very dirty and had a horrible smell. The bed sheets also appeared dirty, which was not what I expected based on the reviews. In addition, I noticed some roaches in the apartment. Because of these conditions, my friend and I decided to leave instead of staying there.
