I booked a room on short notice and only needed a place to sleep. The accommodations were moderate and the price was not too high ($114.00) after some discounts. It was late April and it was in the 50's outside. The heater barely worked and stayed very cool all night. It had no carpet, just tile, so it was cold to walk on. The bed came with a cover sheet and bed spread, but no quilt. The ad promised a partial water view but the room they gave only faced the parking lot. The room was clean and served it's purpose but if you think you're getting a good deal at this place, make sure they are giving you the room the promised and don't go if it is chilly outside.

I understand it’s the off-season, but the motel and the sister motel next-door both had no heat, and it was way too cold to sleep in there. so we weren’t able to stay. I will say, the owner/manager was really nice about it, and tried to help,. I think they overcharge at $100 a night for this place because it’s the most basic motel room you’ll ever see. I would only recommend this for college students on spring break who just need a bed to lay their head in and want to be near the boardwalk.

The service wes very good. The hotel itself wes very dated, & not very clean. Also, there was no hot water in the sink, & the bathroom mirror was just propped on the back of the sink.
