I needed to cancel the reservation because we weren't able to make the trip due to sickness.. property did not allow a refund. We purchased booking insurance ..That was a disappointment.

Carpet needs a deep cleaning. When walking on it barefoot left feet black. Had to put a towel down to wipe off our feet before getting into bed or putting on shoes. Staff was terrible in assisting with check in. All staff could use some training in customer service and being attentive to customers.
