Upkeep left something to be desired. Staff were mostly helpful, but the pool was very dirty (cloudy where you couldn’t even see the bottom steps in the shallow end or bottom half of wall depth numbers, hair clumps floating everywhere, little bugs floating around), carpets were stained in multiple places down every hallway, stains on room curtains, broken bathroom fans and light fixtures, chipped wall paint and plaster.

Worst experience I’ve ever had! Staff was not helpful. Wall in first room was sinking in and wet. Wall was separating in halls. Rooms and carpet was FILTHY, second room had black mold! They refused a refund! And charged me a second night due to a booking error. I will NEVER stay at another comfort inn again. Ever!

The A/C only worked intermittently. There was a mold smell in the room. And we were told breakfast was until 11 AM and when we went down to eat, they were taking things out of our hands to put away.
Housekeeping knocked on our door at 8 AM, 11:30 AM, and 9 AM, to ask when we were leaving, even though checkout was at 11 AM.
Just Super Disappointed. BUT THE POOL WAS GREAT.
