Awful Experience
Started by waiting 20 mins for someone to get to desk for check in. Listened to the man chew a woman for wanting a towel. He rudely let her know housekeeping wasn’t there on Saturday. The hotel room was set to 66 and we sweated all night it was not cooling off.

Room door latch was broken and the door did not close properly. Bathroom door dragged on th BR floor and only opened 1/2 way. Scum around the bathroom faucet and something splattered on the front of the bathtub. Stool lid was loose and just sitting on the stool so it kept sliding around when using the toilet. Beds were back breakers!

Was a great location for a soccer ID camp that weekend. The room was extremely clean and the staff was super kind. I got the room for $76. What a deal!

Sheets had stains and there was hair in the bed. Nobody was available to change the sheets so they moved us to another room. The new room smelled bad, the air conditioner didn’t work and the phone didn’t work to call the front desk. We ended up leaving. Now trying to get a refund.

No hot water the night of my stay or the next morning. Couldn’t take a hot shower or hot bath in the whirlpool tub which was the reason for booking the hotel!! Very unhappy about this!
