Comfortable beds, good breakfast, but pool floor peeling and overall not very clean.

Run down and not very quiet rooms.

This hotel has seen better days. The room was clean but the common areas were very well worn. We stayed for four nights and the room was not cleaned during that time.
Parking was easy and area felt safe.
The hotel has the standard free breakfast.
The staff was all very friendly. In particular, one gentleman who worked the breakfast area was regularly interacting with guests to ask about the food and wiped down tables as soon as guests left.
