Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, good breakfast!
We enjoyed our stay at Comfort Inn, Cadillac, Michigan. We were there for my mother's funeral. We reserved several rooms and were pleased with the friendly staff, service staff and breakfast team. The crew made our stay very nice. We appreciated having a large table in the lobby where we could gather the family together to talk, eat and play games. Deep gratitude.

Staff was great and helpful. Our room was not cleaned properly and there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The staff was helpful and moved us into a clean room. The pool surface is not safe. It skinned my knees and the tops of my feet just barely brushing them against the bottom while swimming. The entire place needs to be cleaned thoroughly.
