We did not receive the room we booked with a pull out couch. We spent a full day trying to resolve the issue with the facility. The day manager simply told us he’d let housekeeping know we didn’t have a pullout couch. I’m not sure if he thought they were going to pull a couch down the hall from another room…they of course didn’t. The night shift manager gave us another room - a suite. We packed up our stuff and went to the new room that had a kitchen, but no pull out couch so we went back to our original room. We booked this hotel for the pool, which was out of service. Mostly a disappointing and frustrating stay.
