Great Airport Hotel
When you get suck at O'Hare Airport International Airport this is a great hotel to escape to with transportation.
Clean, Friendly, Supportive, Delicious.
I was impressed with our stay at Comfort Inn. Everything seemed new and clean. Beds were firm but comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The personnel were most helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

Staff is very kind. My wife and I were stranded in Chicago on a connecting flight and having trouble finding a hotel for the night. The hotel was full but the staff was kind enough to find a spot for us still.

Hall way carpet was dirty and smell a little, the pool was dirty and had the water sitting so I called the front desk for them to take a look at it and turn on the motor, guy said the it will be a little while, so we left.

The hotel is in immediate need of renovation. Room furniture was not good. The vanity was in very bad shape. All the furniture in the room was destroyed. Other than the room in bad condition the hotel main lobby is good. The staff was kind and helpful.

The property looked like it would be nice but the rooms were not clean. My bathrooms were dirty and so was fridge. Cabinets had tape on them, furniture was had a lot of wear. Toilets had hair on them, side of tub had some type of cream. Curtains were stained and smelled. I would not recommend this hotel. I had two rooms, same in both rooms.

The room was dirty. The nightstands, desk and TV stand had food crumbs on them. There were spots all over the bathroom mirror and the toilet had not been wiped down. The floor had not been vacuumed either. Would not recommend staying here.
