Bed bugs, Rude staff STAY AWAY.
We planned to stay here for a dance competition and were unfortunately met with not one, but multiple rooms with bugs within their sheets. When discussing this with the staff members, we were told no manager is on staff and we could not receive a refund. They were aware of the bugs and even told us an infection team would be coming out in a few days, yet still refused to process our refund. Unfortunately, we have had to pay $180 for a hotel room that is not up to basic safety standards and that we didn’t even use due to their extremely poor customer support. We will NEVER be returning.
Lucky last minute find.
Unexpectedly needed a hotel room in the middle of the night. Comfort Inn Chicago Schaumburg OHare Airport kindly let us occupy their beautifull welcoming relaxing lobby keeping us out of the cold and allowing us to sign in earlier. Very accommodating. And of all hotels we have been to this one is the cleanest with helpful staff and more than ample hot waffle,scrambled eggs and sausage link breakfast.

Comforter was dirty, both sink and showers did not drain, television did not work. The hallways had garbage in them. Room had peeling paint and patches that were not painting. Check in employees were nice.

Avoid staying here! The room was filthy. Dirty sheets, dirty carpet, dirty bathroom. I didn't want to lay down in the bed or take off my shoes. The door to the room didn't close flush with the doorframe. The pool was closed so I asked for a refund as that's why we chose this hotel. They said it was open and they'd get someone to open it. The door was broken so they propped it open and said not to let it shut because it was broken. The pool water was really dirty and ice cold so we did not go in. Again asked for a refund and was told management would call me. I have emailed 7 times over the last 6 weeks and the management is unresponsive. Avoid this place and do not stay here!

The location was great, within 10 min of everywhere we wanted to go. However, I would not stay again. The first night there we found a beetle looking bug crawling out of the shower. There was what looked like a used tissue under the sink vanity. There were random holes and scuffs in the wall, we stuffed a tissue in one because it was so large it was creeping us out. The indoor pool was ice cold and the ceiling was peeling and it was never re-stocked on towels in 3 days. Every time we went to the front desk they were on phone calls on personal cell phones. The right elevator kept making a grinding noise every time it arrived at our floor.

This place is horrible staff was terrible. I walked in the freaking room there was pubic hairs on the pillows.
