The rooms are very nice. Staff extremely friendly.

Staff was very helpful. Nothing exceptional about this hotel but everything as expected, which is a good thing. Well maintained. Good restaurants adjacent to property. Public park with swimming five min or less drive away.

I booked thru what I thought was the hotel site. Apparently it was Expedia. They over charged me more than 150.00. The message waiting light in the room can not be shut off. Said it was a flashing nightlight. What a crap place. Never again.

The breakfast was great with lots of choices. Even a picky eater could find something offered. The pool & Jacuzzi were also well used by us & our granddaughters. The room itself was comfy, clean, & had a microwave & frig & enough room for 4 small suitcases to be opened at the same time. Bathroom toilet paper holder was loose on the mount so probably needs a bit of tightening & the peephole in the door was missing the insert so you could actually see right into the room in tiny hole area so the view was the window. I did let hotel staff know that. Oh, also they have a little area in the lobby with ready the heat meals, snacks, soda & beer (2 for $5) so really this place offered something for everyone. I'd actually give it a 4.5 if I could. Great hotel for the price.

The rooms were clean, but small for two queen beds. Smoke could be smelled in the hallway. I would suspect that the smoke is from years ago. I am sure they tried hard removing the smoke from the carpet and walls. However, it was still present.

I thought it was odd how many other reviews stated it was spacious but it really was spacious! Very clean! We would definitely stay again!! No bugs (we checked..lol).

Easy check in, great breakfast variety, and the kiddos loved the pool and hot tub.

I was very impressed with The Beaver Dam Comfort Inn and Suites. It as been totally renevated, was very clean, and the staff was friendly and accomodating.

Front desk worker was very kind and welcoming. Assisted to all needs.
