The rooms are clean and the breakfast was ample.

I checked into your hotel at 7pm on 6/9. When I opened the door to my room I could see that it was dirty. The beds were messed up, the bathroom counter was dirty, dirty towels etc. I went back to the front desk and told the clerk it wasn’t clean. He said “that never happens”, can’t be, that never happens and they had no other rooms. I had been traveling since early morning and was exhausted. I said I need a room, a clean one and to please call a manager. He tried calling and said there was no answer. Like there was nothing he could do. I said that wasn’t acceptable and try again. He finally reached her, explained and then told her I had been in the room for 45 minutes. I hadn’t even been in the property for more than 20 minutes. He got off the phone and said there was a housekeeper there who would clean it. I asked him why he made it sound like I had gone into the room and been there awhile. He implied I had messed it up. I met the cleaner at the room and she cleaned it. The manager called her on FaceTime and she got to see what shape the room was in. Both the housekeeper and manager were polite and apologetic. The rest of my stay was fine. I retired as the Director of Front Office Operations from Hilton. I appreciate the work that good employees put in. The man that I dealt with was a terrible representative of your hotel. I won’t be returning to that property. In this day and age excellent customer service is often hard to come by. I could think of no reason for your employee to treat anyone like he did me. Thank you.

This is a good all-around hotel. Nothing spectacular, but clean with comfy beds.

Too many rude and loud people throughout the building. The walls were paper thin so the screaming never stopped at all. I will not be staying here ever again

The room was clean but there was no hot water and the mattress was very worn out. It was like sleeping in a taco shell

I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room had ants, which was unacceptable and made the entire experience uncomfortable. The shower was another major issue — there were no instructions on how to operate it, and despite trying everything, I could not get it to work properly. The gym was also poorly maintained, with broken equipment that should have been repaired or removed. To top it off, the staff was barely civil and did not seem interested in helping resolve any of the issues. Overall, this stay felt neglected from start to finish. I would not recommend this hotel and certainly would not stay here again

I got stuck here while having car trouble. The property was great. Tasty breakfast, good internet, hot tub and pool out back. Friendly staff. My ideal basic end of things hotel. Walking distance to a lot of restaurants and grocery stores with a convenience store at the gas station across the street. I ended up extending my stay multiple times (6 days total).

Lost points because of poor maintenance. Chairs need recovering, spa control missing, plumbing issues in unit. Excellent points for location, comfortable beds, generous breakfast, amenities (gym, pool), air con.
