Overnight desk clerk assisted me to my room off lobby!

Could use a good cleaning

A pretty interesting stay. Expedia said check in was at 3, but when we arrived, a clearly posted sign said check in was 4. There was no one in the lobby and I had to press a button to ring for them. The man at the counter was nice enough, but he needed to go check to make sure our room was cleaned. We waited close to 10 minutes in the lobby before he returned. There was no A/C in the lobby and there were dehumidifiers running in the halls. When we checked in I was not asked for ID or a credit card. Maybe we were the only reservation? The elevator floor had a small puddle of urine. Once in the room we noticed red stains in multiple spots on the carpet that looked like blood. (I’m really hoping it was wine, but that’s not what it looked like.) There were long hairs on the top of my bed, maybe from the cleaning crew. The beds were comfortable enough and the linens underneath were clean. Bathroom was fairly clean, but the door was nearly coming out of the wall when I tried to open from the inside. The A/C unit needed to be periodically reset to keep cooling going. We decided not to try the free breakfast and checked out early. This hotel needs a lot of TLC. Probably would not stay here again unless it was an emergency. Hopefully the management can invest in updating soon.

It is strictly a place to sleep, if you plan to stay here and use the gym and pool, I regret to inform you that this is not the right place, as those facilities are practically unusable. The surroundings are not very presentable, and the rooms have a bad odor.

I was very upset of our stay. I would NEVER recommend you to stay there. Vagrants everywhere, people smoking pot right in front of the building. NO hot water in the shower. Just warm enough to manage. No water pressure at the sink.

The check in was awful. Tried to check in at 3pm, as listed. After 20 minutes of waiting, he said it would be ready at 4pm. We came back around 5pm. After another 20 minutes, he handed me a key card. No real communication, just awful all the way around. Not very clean. My son found a spoon next to the bed on the floor. Would not recommend

They were very nice and you can tell they try but the facility is simply old.

The room was lovely: spacious, upgraded furniture, clean. It was a pleasant surprise despite dismal building exterior and landscaping.
