This hotel is bad. When I check into my room the sheets had old blood stains on the bed, the pillows had old makeup. I am 100 % convinced they didn’t change the sheet and covers. It smelled.

We needed to ask for toilet paper, kleenex and cups. Coffee and tea samples were not usable. When we returned to our room at 11:30 pm the staff were arguing by our room door. The breakfast warming try was not turned on so breakfast was cold.

When we arrived at the hotel late night, we were told the room door locks were not working and that they could not accomadate us. We were not notified of this ahead of time, we were told by the reception to find other hotels by driving around and no assistance, suggestions or any effort made to secure another hotel or alternate accommodation. This is disgraceful for Choice hotel who is in the hospitality industry to serve clients in this manner. I recognize this is a franchisee holder location, and this franchisee should not be in the hospitality industry.
