Enjoyed Stay.

Room was very good and clean not the hallway

The exit doors were inconvenient, you had to enter and exit through the main entrance. The hotel was generic, looks like a landlord special flip. However it was clean and parking was included.

The parking was convenient and secure .

I stayed here when we went to the honestAv concert. It was perfect!

I honestly feel mixed emotions leaving a completely dissatisfied review because there were some good points to our stay. The staff was so friendly and helpful and seemed to genuinely care. The parking was convenient and close to the building. Breakfast was pretty standard with waffles, eggs, sausages, potatoes and other odds & ends. However where it didn’t quite meet expectations was the quality of the facility along with the cleanliness throughout, it was by far enough for me to never want to stay again. The elevator had dried vomit on the floor and where there wasn’t visible vomit it was sticky. The only ice machine is on the first floor and every piece of ice had black speckles in them and with further inspection of the machine it was filled with mold. Many walls throughout the building directly under windows look to have had wallpaper applied over water damage. The rooms are cute with modern decor however the air conditioner struggled to keep the room cold. There is not an exhaust fan in the bathroom which made showering difficult with an already warm room. The TV is not a smart TV and only has about 4 channels that cut in and out. To top it off the beds were like Solid Bricks, so uncomfortable and very difficult to sleep on.

They didn’t even let me check in $208 down the drain

The first room we were given had an issue with the toilet. It would not flush. Moved us to another room and that room the plug in in the bathroom did not work. I was told by evening staff front desk that I could stay another night at the same rate as the first 2 nights. I tried to stay another night but the morning staff told me it would be $215 for a single night. No way was the amenities, tv, or anything on site to justify $215 a night.

The property’s location is nice for access to mid-downtown dining, etc but the area surrounding it is shabby. Generally, it’s in serious need of renovation. It was “ok” for 1 night, but I wouldn’t prefer it for longer. The bathroom had been upgraded. The breakfast was ok.
