Staff did everything they could to make our stay comfortable from loaning a screwdriver to providing shampoo and conditioner to giving us a plastic bag for leftover pizza!

My experience was okay.

Clean, easy check in, polite staff.

Facility was spot on. Hotel was easy to get to from airport. Staff was friendly and a joy to do business with.

"Treated with compassion, respect, and professionalism" First off I wanna to give a big shout-out to Pam & Gabby for making my stay at the Mundelein Illinois location truly an awesome experience. Unfortunately my visit was due to my dads sudden death. When I arrived to Mundelein (from Portland OR) I immediately needed somwhere to stay. So I stopped in to this Comfort Inn location to see if there were any rooms available. Pam and Gabby immediately greeted me with a smile, and helped me get a room. They quickly understood my emotional state, and both treated me with compassion. I ended up getting a very nice/quiet room for my 7 day stay. When I returned to the hotel after my first day of helping my mom, I was pleasantly shocked to find a card and cookies waiting for me. The condolence card was hand written, thoughtful, and truly made me smile. Thank you Pam and Gabby for making me smile in such a dark time. 🙏 I will be soon.
