Our room was a little outdated but super clean. The balcony on the third floor had an outstanding view of the ocean. Definitely worth the trip.

It was clean. Centrally located. Pools were closed. Interior was clean but exterior balcony had lots of bird poop on railings. Just not sanitary. A very 1960s/1970s feel.

What I liked was the view from my room overlooking the beach. But, it also overlooked two closed outdoor pools. What we didn’t like was the closed outdoor pools, the indoor pool had a lot of hair floating in it, our room smelled like the harshest amount g of pinesol, and there was even a cockroach.

The hotel is very dated, and there were stains on one of the chairs. There are no closets, so storage is limited. The dresser was old and chipped. There is no water pressure in the shower. We appreciated the powerful air conditioner in the 100 degree heat. The room itself was clean. The fridge was spotless. The silverware, however, was filthy. There is no elevator, so getting up to the room was complicated. Also, there is no pool, even though the amenities said there was. The location is awesome...practically on the beach. It is near restaurants and ice cream shops. A quick drive to everything!

Convenience to beach was great and nice ocean view - did not utilize pool or need to speak with staff but had no problems. Nice having a full size fridge! Room was clean.

I think everything was pretty good. Except for the water pressure in the shower was terrible and the washcloths we got that were black had a lot of dye in them. Perhaps you should go to white wash cloths don't think you'll have the same problem.

Perfect beach getaway room—- clean, with plenty of room. On the 3rd floor with a private balcony, I enjoyed the view of the beach, sand dunes, ocean, and sunrise with my morning cup of coffee. Great way to start the day!

Rooms were outdated but clean. No outdoor pool as it was closed. Looks like it hasn’t been used in awhile. They need to state that on their site as we were looking forward to swimming outdoors. There Was an indoor pool. Didn’t not use as it looked dirty.

The cleanliness of this place was by far the worst part of our stay. I was shocked by the level of neglect. There was no one on-site to speak with, so I had to call someone by phone. Although they sent someone to clean, he only addressed a few of the issues and left many others untouched. The condition of the property was unacceptable. There was feces on the lower portion of the bathroom door, used briefs and swimming trunks left in a drawer, and the light socket was completely covered in mold. Mold like that doesn’t develop overnight—it was clearly the result of months of inadequate cleaning and maintenance. This level of uncleanliness is not only unpleasant but also a health concern. I would not stay here again unless significant improvements are made to the property’s cleaning standards.
