Pet friendly ISM Raceway is a racing facility located west of Phoenix in Avondale, Arizona. It boasts a 1 mile long, tri-oval, asphalt track and a grandstand capable of holding 51,000 people. NASCAR drivers started racing at ISM in 1988 and haven’t stopped since! The raceway currently holds NASCAR’s Monster Energy Cup Series, Xfinity Series, and Camping World Truck Series. It also hosts the USAC’s Silver Crown Champ Car Series, and Quarter Midget National Series. Fans love ISM’s awesome racing series lineup, but it’s the state of the art hospitality that truly steals their hearts. Guests enjoy amenities and exclusive experiences at the speedway’s Dos Equis Curve, ROLL-BAR, and V.I.P. Infield area. This track really knows how to make its guests feel at home, even if they’re dogs! Canines are welcome at the off-site camping accommodations . Avondale Friendship Park has a large dog park that has benches with covers for the people, water and water bowls, clean-up bags, a double gate system to avoid doggie run-aways for the canines. Its also close to the kids park, soccer fields, and a walking trail, so you can kill two or 3 or 4 birds with one stone. It is located on McDowell Road, between Dysart Rd. and Avondale Blvd. Quick I-10 access nearby.
