Comfy, quiet hotel near St. Johnsbury Center.
Close to hospitalized family member and St. Johnsbury Center (amazing bakery "Boule"). Rooms are clean, comfortable, quiet. Staff able to quickly remedy any snafus or tweak any needed changes. Complimentary breakfast is a bonus. And we love the ground's landscaping!
A Disturbing Start.
Two tired travelers arrived needing to avail themselves of the facilities only to find the Inn had no water due to a main break. We were told we could use the toilet but could not flush. I also needed to brush my teeth so my husband asked if there were at least a couple bottles of water for our use. He was directed to get a couple of bottles of water from a cooler. Then he was charged $2.00 each. We were paying for a room with running water and were STILL charged for water to brush our teeth. Very disturbing! After water service was restored we had no complaints.
