Clean quiet staff friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

The room was comfortable. Breakfast was good.

Room with 2 queens was very spacious.

They took my $$, then denied my daughter access to the room I had booked under her name because her travel was delayed and she arrived at 12:23AM. They then wanted her to pay for the room again and not refund me. Jordan at Expedia says they have now agreed to refund me for the error, we shall see

Noisy and to much construction. Pool ok. Breakfast was good

Very rude manager hidden fees of 300 dollars at check in pool was down construction on facility no working kids was disappointed threw us out because I asked question about the hidden fees and wouldn’t answer questions. She got upset when I mentioned laws for hotel about posting fees then she threw us out

Hot breakfast free. Pet friendly gives it 3 stars. Construction on going. Let me know only at the day of the check in even it has been going for several days. Was looking forward to use of the pool. It did not happen. Prepare for a high hold check in fee as well.

I have no problem with the hotel. I have a problem with Expedia and the booking. I asked for a government rate and was not given it but was told I would pay at the hotel and would get the rate then. They told me no I only get the rate charged by Expedia. I will not book through Expedia again.

I booked through hotels.com. I had no idea that when I was arriving the hotel would be under construction. we showed up early and the room wasn't ready which was fine, but after 4pm the room still wasn't ready. nobody could give me an idea of when the room would be ready and had to wait another 45mins in the lobby before getting in to my room. After the first day the keys didn't work, my wife was upset when going to the desk to get the key fixed, the employee was rude and after getting back into our room we proceed to hear an employee mocking her directly outside our room. I also was unaware that the hotel next door had been turned into a homeless shelter, seemed a little expensive for all the homeless foot traffic sharing the driveway.
