We called down to the desk the night we checked in to get help with TV. Said someone would be up in 10 minutes but that person never showed up. In the morning we called again and the person came shortly but we had to leave the room. Why?

I loved everything about this hotel! They recently underwent a remodel so everything is brand new and beautiful. The breakfast was amazing. It is the first time that I see plant based patties in the breakfast for those of us that can’t have meat. the front desk personnel were always very informative and unhurried. I would absolutely love to come back here. The surroundings are amazing as well. Downtown Brattleboro is cute.
