"I used petswelcome.com for finding all of my pet friendly stops along the way while moving from Michigan to Arizona. 4 day trip went off without a hitch. I traveled with 3 dogs and although most advertised a 2 dog limit...all accommodated all of my 4 legged Kid\'s. Never a problem...they even let them come down for coffee with me in the early morning...(they all shared a sweet roll)...Don\'t tell!!!! Thanks for the website"

Pet Policy

While all pet-friendly locations allow dogs, the same can't be said for cats, so make sure to check Petswelcome.com before booking. It's also helpful to check the hotel's weight restrictions as they can range from 25 lbs to 50 lbs. The maximum number of pets allowed per room can also vary from as little as one to as many as four. Days Inn requires a pet fee ranging from $10 to $30 per pet per night.

"Days Inn is pleased to welcome you and your four-legged friend. And with over 500 pet-friendly locations in the United States, finding a nearby hotel is easier than ever."
Petswelcome.com's visitors have a lot of positive things to say about Days Inn. Though some guests have been dissatisfied with dirty carpets and outdated furnishings, the pleasant experiences overshadow the complaints. Happy customers make a point to praise the friendly staff, comfortable rooms, and large grassy areas where dogs can run around and get some exercise. Reviewers gave Days Inn four stars for human friendliness, pet friendliness, and overall value.
Days Inn was founded in 1970 by an apartment complex developer named Cecil B. Day. Day opened the first two locations in his home state of Georgia, which quickly grew in popularity among locals. Day began franchising hotels in 1972, and by 1980 had amassed a system of over 300 hotels in North America. Back then, a room at Days Inn only cost eight dollars. Though times have changed and prices have increased since its early years, Days Inn has continued to offer first-rate service and amenities at an affordable price. When you stay at Days Inn, you're supporting a company that cares about helping others. That's because the chain has a history of making charitable donations to organizations that help those in need. In 2019, the chain donated a percentage of proceeds to Starlight Children's Foundation, an organization that provides hospitalized children with clothes, toys, and other necessities. That means you and your pet can rest easy, knowing you're contributing to the greater good.
