Dog-Friendly Vacations in Tallahassee, Florida

rot

If you’re headed away from the cold weather of the North, Florida is a good destination. In North Florida, Tallahassee is a city of about 170,000 people, and is a college town that has several colleges and universities. It is very hot there in the summer, often reaching over 100 degrees. Winter is a more comfortable time to head there, where it is usually in the mid-60s. There is snow once in a blue moon, though. Autumn is probably the best time to go, as it’s not too hot or too cold. The city has plenty of gardens, parks, museums and other things to enjoy, along with its many dog-friendly resources.
